Q: How do I know my skin type?
A: Great question! If your skin feels oily all over by midday, it’s likely oily. If it’s dry, tight, or flaky, you probably have dry skin. A mix of both? That’s combination. Sensitive skin tends to react easily to products or weather changes.
Q: Which products are best for my skin type?
A: Every product page includes skin type recommendations, but we also provide detailed descriptions of each products use with the right routine. Or shoot us a message—we love playing skincare matchmaker.
Q: Are your products safe for sensitive skin?
A: Yes! Most of our formulas are made with gentle, non-irritating ingredients. If you’re particularly sensitive, check the ingredient list for anything you know you react to.
Q: Are your products cruelty-free or vegan?
A: Yes—we’re proudly cruelty-free and most of our products are vegan-friendly. Any exceptions are clearly marked on the product page.
Q: Can I use your products while pregnant or breastfeeding?
A: Many of our products are pregnancy and breastfeeding-safe, but we always recommend checking with your doctor just to be sure.

A: Orders typically ship within 2-5 business days. Delivery times vary based on your location, but most domestic orders arrive within 3–7 business days. International shipping may take a bit longer.
Q: Can I track my order?
A: Absolutely! As soon as your order ships, we’ll send you a tracking number so you can follow its journey to your doorstep.
Q: Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?

A: We want you to love your skincare! If something isn’t working out, you can return it within 30 days—even if it’s gently used. Just head to our returns portal to start the process.
Q: My order arrived damaged or incorrect. What should I do?
